Guest Home definition

Guest Home means a Single-Detached Residential dwelling unit, a unit in a Duplex Residential dwelling or a dwelling unit in a Multi-Unit Residential dwelling where such dwelling is used in its entirety as one dwelling for Short-Term Rental. If it is the sole dwelling unit on the property, may not be advertised as available for rent for more than 182 days per year.
Guest Home means a room within a dwelling, offered for short-term rental intended primarily for overnight occupation.
Guest Home means any place consisting of a room or groups of rooms located in a residence where accommodations for sleeping or living purposes are provided for a price and operated in accordance with applicable State statutes.

Guest Home means a dwelling unit used in its entirety for Short-term Rental Accommodation.

  • guest house means an accommodation establishment providing overnight lodging with at least one daily meal;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

HIE is also an entity that provides services to enable the electronic sharing of health information. Health Information Technology (HIT) means the area of information technology involving the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for the health care industry.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object or other real or personal property of historical, architectural or archaeological value, and folklife resources.   • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient. Wherever this part requires the signature of the business owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the business owner shall be sufficient.

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.
