Guest Home definition

Guest Home means a Single-Detached Residential dwelling unit, a unit in a Duplex Residential dwelling or a dwelling unit in a Multi-Unit Residential dwelling where such dwelling is used in its entirety as one dwelling for Short-Term Rental. If it is the sole dwelling unit on the property, may not be advertised as available for rent for more than 182 days per year.

  • guest house means an accommodation establishment providing overnight lodging with at least one daily meal;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Health Home means an individual provider, team of health care professionals or health team that meets all federal requirements and provides the following six services to persons with one or more specified chronic conditions: (i) comprehensive care management; (ii) Care Coordination and health promotion; (iii) comprehensive transitional care/follow-up; (iv) patient and family support; (v) referral to community and social support services; and (vi) use of Health Information Technology (HIT) to link services, if applicable. Health Information Technology (HIT) means the area of information technology involving the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for the health care industry.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).

  • Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object or other real or personal property of historical, architectural or archaeological value, and folklife resources.   • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient. Wherever this part requires the signature of the business owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the business owner shall be sufficient.

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.
