Guild Representative definition

Guild Representative. A Guild member designated by the Guild President as a bargaining representative.
Guild Representative means: the person from time to time holding or acting in the position of Executive Director of the Guild; or a person from time to time holding or acting in such other position notified by the Guild to the other Signatories in writing from time to time.
Guild Representative. The Guild's representative shall be permitted to enter upon the Employer's premises at reasonable times for purposes including investigating potential or active Guild grievances, ascertaining compliance with this Agreement, and administration of this Agreement.

Examples of Guild Representative in a sentence

  • The Bureau Chief shall convene a meeting within ten (10) business days after receipt of the grievance between the aggrieved employee, Shop Xxxxxxx and/or Guild Representative, together with the Section Manager, and departmental labor relations officer.

  • City work hours shall not be used by employees and/or the Guild Representative for the conduct of Guild business or the promotion of Guild affairs other than stated above.

  • One (1) duly authorized Guild Representative may participate in the grievance process as outlined in Article 11 without loss of pay if the grievance process occurs during that Representative’s normal working hours.

  • The Division Commander shall notify the Employee(s) and the Guild Representative in writing of his/her decision and the reasons therefore within fifteen (15) calendar days thereafter.

  • The Chief of Police shall notify the employee(s) and the Guild Representative in writing of his/her decision and the reasons therefore within fifteen (15) calendar days thereafter.

  • The Court Administrator may convene a meeting within ten (10) business days after receipt of the grievance between the aggrieved employee, Shop Xxxxxxx and/or Guild Representative, together with other department or Court personnel they may deem necessary.

Related to Guild Representative

  • Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.

  • District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
