Any property remaining after the last day designated by Show Management for it to be removed may be held or otherwise disposed of by Show Management or Hall Management at the Exhibitor’s expense.
Exhibitor shall cooperate responsibly with local ordinances and Hall Management rules regarding health, fire prevention and public safety.
Exhibitors shall be bound by all pertinent laws, codes and regulations of municipal or other authorities, having jurisdiction over the Hall or the conducting of said exhibit, together with the rules and regulations adopted by Hall Management.
Show Management reserves the right to interpret this Agreement and to adopt further regulations as may be deemed necessary by it for the general success of the Show, including the conditions, rules and regulations stated herein, in the Exhibitor Service Manual, Sponsorship Materials and in the Hall Management contract, to which Show Management is or will be a party, all of which are made a part hereof as though fully incorporated herein, and the Exhibitor agrees to be bound thereby.
Sponsor shall indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, the Hall, Hall Management, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to the extent resulting from the actual or alleged negligence, misconduct or breach of warranty or covenant by Sponsor, or its employees, independent contractors, additional sponsors or agents.
Sponsor shall indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, the Hall, Hall Management, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to the extent resulting from the actual or alleged negligence, misconduct or breach of warranty or covenant by Spon- sor, or its employees, independent contractors, additional sponsors or agents.
The certificate must name IECSC, Show Management, the Hall and Hall Management as additional insureds and be provided to Show Management at least 30 days before the Show’s opening date.
Exhibitor agrees to maintain adequate insurance to fully protect Show Management and its affiliates, co-sponsors, service contractors and the Hall and Hall Management from any and all claims, arising from Exhibitor’s activities including, but not limited to, the installation, operation and dismantling of Exhibitor’s display.
These Exhibit Regulations, as well as any Additional Terms and Conditions, the service manual issued by the Hall Management, rules and conditions issued by the decorator, and further rules which may be adopted by the Exposition Manager for the general success of the event are also considered binding upon the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Producer, Exposition Manager, and Hall Management for all claims resulting from failure to comply with these requirements.
