Hazardous Material Contamination definition

Hazardous Material Contamination means: The contamination (whether formerly existing, presently existing or hereafter occurring) of buildings, facilities, soil, groundwater, air or other elements on or of the property described at Exhibit A, the Land or the Building by hazardous materials, or the contamination of the buildings, facilities, soil, groundwater, air or other elements on or of any other property as a result of hazardous materials at any time, whether before or after the date of this Security Agreement) emanating from the property described at Exhibit A, the Land, or the Building.
Hazardous Material Contamination means:
Hazardous Material Contamination means the presence of Hazardous Materials in the soil, groundwater, air or any other media regulated by the Environmental Laws on, under or around the Business Location, at levels or concentration which trigger any requirement under the Environmental Laws to remove, remediate, mitigate, xxxxx or otherwise reduce the level or concentration of Hazardous Materials. The term “Hazardous Material Contamination” does not include the presence of Hazardous Materials in process tanks, lines, storage or reactor vessels, delivery trucks or other equipment or containers, which Hazardous Materials are used in the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, storage, sale, handling, transportation, recycling, reuse or disposal of the products that were manufactured and/or distributed by Media USA.

Related to Hazardous Material Contamination

  • Hazardous Material means anything defined as a hazardous waste, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous material, pollutant, or contaminant or similar term under an Environmental Law
