For the avoidance of doubt, any information which is judged by the Office for Civil Nuclear Security to be security sensitive under the Head Contract as deemed to be security sensitive under this Contract.
The Contractor also agrees to be bound by any decision under the Head Contract insofar as it affects the Contractor and/or the Contractor's rights or obligations under this Contract.
In preparing Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events the Contractor identifies potential changes arising in connection with the Contract and reports such changes to the Employer and provides sufficient information on cost, schedule and performance to enable the Employer to determine at any time its potential financial position against the Head Contract including but not limited to the category of the work, the resources required, capital revenue and overall values.
