SUBCONTRACT SUM. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor the Subcontract Sum in current funds for the full and satisfactory performance of the Subcontract Work, subject to additions and deductions as provided in this Agreement. The Subcontract Sum includes full compensation for all costs and expenses Subcontractor incurs in connection with the Subcontract Work. The Subcontract Sum will not be increased for any reason except as expressly permitted by this Subcontract.
SUBCONTRACT SUM. Contractor, for full, complete and timely performance of the Work, agrees to pay Subcontractor the fixed price of dollars $ (“Subcontract Sum”). The Subcontract Sum includes, without limitation, all wages, fringe benefit costs, material costs, equipment costs, delivery and distribution costs, storage costs, taxes, insurance costs, permit and license fees, royalties, home and field office overhead and general and administrative costs and all other costs necessary to complete the Work, irrespective of when the Work is performed, or when such costs are incurred or billed.
SUBCONTRACT SUM. § 10.1 The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor in current funds for performance of the Subcontract the Subcontract Sum of ($ 0.00 ), subject to additions and deductions as provided in the Subcontract Documents.

SUBCONTRACT SUM. § 3.1 From the Prime Contract sum to be paid to Collage by the Owner, the sum to be paid to Subcontractor for the said Work included in this Agreement is: $ (hereinafter called “Subcontract Sum”) in current United States funds, subject to additions or deductions as herein provided; which sum shall be deemed to include all labor, material, supervision, general conditions, profit, permits, fees, inspection costs and/or taxes required by any division of the Federal, State or local government. Subcontractor expressly acknowledges that any payment obligation of Collage or its Surety is expressly conditioned upon a fully executed Subcontract and Collage receiving payment from the Owner for work performed by Subcontractor in addition to all other conditions of payment under the Contract Documents. Subcontractor assumes the risk of Owner nonpayment. Except if and as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Subcontract Sum shall compensate Subcontractor in respect to each and every obligation of Subcontractor arising hereunder.
SUBCONTRACT SUM. In consideration of the due and proper performance of the Subcontract by the Subcontractor, the Contractor agrees to pay the Subcontractor the (GST exclusive) Subcontract Sum of «Contract_Sum» (or such other amount as may constitute the Subcontract Sum), in accordance with the Subcontract.
SUBCONTRACT SUM. The Subcontract Sum under this Subcontract shall include all taxes, duties, fees, and permits that are applicable and required with respect to the Subcontractor’s Sub-work on the Project. The Subcontract Sum under this Subcontract shall include all charges for freight, packing, loading, and unloading of materials and supplies that are applicable and required with respect to the Subcontractor’s Sub-work on the Project. Subcontractor shall submit progress invoices no later than the 25th day of each month and will submit a final invoice when its Sub-work is completed. Contractor’s invoice will reflect a percentage of completion of the Sub-work. The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor each progress payment within 10 working days after the Contractor receives payment from the Owner or Prime Project Professional. Retainage will be paid when Substantial Completion is determined between Owner and Contractor. Subcontractor shall pay all undisputed invoices within 30 days of receipt.
SUBCONTRACT SUM. Subject to the all conditions and covenants in this Subcontract, Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor [Type text] Dollars ($[Type text]), adjusted for changes, deletions or other modifications as provided under the terms of this Subcontract (“Subcontract Sum”). Subcontractor agrees to accept the Subcontract Sum as full compensation for doing all work, for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials, and for performing all obligations of this Subcontract.

SUBCONTRACT SUM. 19.1 The price of the Subcontract Works (the 'Subcontract Sum') shall be the sum stipulated in item 5 of the Contract Particulars (or to be determined in accordance with provisions set out therein) or such other sum as shall become payable under the provisions of this Subcontract.
19.2 The Subcontractor acknowledges that the Subcontract sum is all inclusive and that the Subcontractors’ rates and prices in (where applicable) any schedule of rates or bills of quantities (as the case may be) drawn up for the purposes of costing the Subcontract Works shall be deemed to be inclusive of all ancillary and other works and expenditure, whether separately or specifically mentioned or described in the Subcontract documents or not which are either indispensably necessary to carry out and bring to completion the Subcontract Works or which contingently become necessary to overcome difficulties before completion.
19.3 Unless otherwise stated, the Subcontractor sum is not subject to any adjustment on account of any rise or fall in labour rates (including any extra amounts payable on account of conditions in which any work is carried out, and any change in the cost of statutory and/or other overheads), cost of materials or plant rates during the period of the Subcontractor.

Contractor’s invoice will reflect a percentage of completion of the Sub-work. The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor each progress payment within 10 working days after the Contractor receives payment from the Owner or Prime Project Professional. Retainage will be paid when Substantial Completion is determined between Owner and Contractor. Invoices shall be presented in AIA format or a format substantially equivalent to AIA.
