Health Management Program definition

Health Management Program means a program approved by CBHS Corporate that is intended to ameliorate a Member’s specific health condition or conditions. A program will be taken to be approved by CBHS Corporate if it is recommended by a Recognised Provider. A program may involve any one or more of the following: Gym Membership or Personal Training.
Health Management Program means a program that is intended to improve a person’s specific health condition/s.
Health Management Program means a program that is intended to ameliorate a person's specific health condition or conditions approved by CUA Health and provided by a Medical Provider or an Approved Provider.

  • Health Manager – Serves as a resource for Members and Molina staff members regarding Health Management Program information, educates Members on how to manage their condition.

  • Direct control measures of forest pests are coordinated by the Forest Health Management Program Leader.
