Hearings Coordinator definition

Hearings Coordinator means the DHS Chief, Bureau of Administrative Hearings, who is responsible for communicating with the grievant about the appeal requests, docketing and scheduling hearings, and coordinating the appointment of Impartial Hearing Officers.
Hearings Coordinator means the employee or employees of RECO who are assigned the duty of providing administrative assistance to the Discipline Committee and Appeals Committee;

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor.
