DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. A. There shall be a discipline committee at each level, i.e. High School, Elementary K-3, Elementary 4-6, and Junior High 7-8.
B. Each building shall have a discipline committee comprised of three teachers appointed by the Association. Each committee shall meet at least once a year with the principal to review the discipline within their school and if necessary make recommendations for changes to the principal and the Superintendent.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. Each school site shall have a discipline committee consisting of certified employees, administrators, parents and students within the first two weeks of school. Certified employees serving on the committee shall be selected by the site Principal from a list submitted by the faculty. The committee shall establish a calendar of meeting dates to be distributed to all staff members. The committee shall meet once per quarter. The purpose of the committee will be to review input from teachers, parents, and students concerning the development of policies and procedures relating to student conduct and discipline and of special concern to the discipline committee shall be student handbook policies including, but not limited to, student dress code, attendance/tardy and drug policies. Minutes of each committee meeting will be distributed to each certified staff member and a copy will be sent to the Superintendent/designee. The discipline committee may also make recommendations to the Staff Development Committee concerning in-service/training that would be beneficial to support the student conduct, discipline philosophy, and programs of site staff. The discipline committee shall meet during the 4th nine weeks of the current school year to review and receive input as to recommendations or modifications regarding discipline procedures. The committee shall establish written disciplinary forms that shall: (1) establish written communication between parent and the school; (2) provide written documentation among certified building personnel; (3) provide for written documentation of interventions and remedial techniques utilized in the classroom by referring certified staff member regarding the individual student. This shall be presented upon each referral to the site Principal.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. A safe and orderly learning environment is a major priority of the parties to this agreement. The school-wide Discipline Committee will be co-chaired by the Associate Principal for Educational Services and the Teachers’ Council Vice-President.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. The QPS Student Discipline Committee shall function as an advisory group regarding student discipline. This committee will meet quarterly. This committee will be a joint committee consisting of QPS administration, teachers and QF members.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. A District Discipline Committee will consist of not more than four (4) representatives of the Association and four
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. A joint committee shall be set up to review the disciplinary procedures. It shall meet at least once per year. The joint committee shall meet for the purpose of reviewing discipline procedures and recommending changes. The committee shall consist of three administrators, and three BBEA members.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. The Company and the Union agree to establish a Discipline Committee, consisting of three (3) members from each side to review and discuss issues related to discipline on an ongoing basis. The committee will meet at times agreed to between the parties.

DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. The Disciplinary Committee is responsible for discipline for minor infractions by coaches, managers and mission staff and for all major infractions. The Discipline Committee is made up of three (3) individuals from the mission staff, one appointed by the Chef de Mission to serve as Chair, and two others appointed by the Chair. Members of the Discipline Committee will be free from bias or conflict of interest. Should any member of the Discipline Committee believe that he or she cannot act impartially, the Committee Chair will appoint another individual. In cases where several individuals may be the subject of a disciplinary hearing, the Committee Chair may choose to deal with the individuals as a group or individually as he or she sees fit. Also, depending on the circumstances the Committee Chair may delegate to another member of mission staff his or her authority and responsibilities under this Policy.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE. A Discipline Committee shall be formed to evaluate current school bus rules and regulations relating to student discipline and discipline procedures. The committee shall be composed of ten (10) members: five (5) chosen by the Association including one parent and five (5) chosen by the Superintendent or his designee, one being a parent. The Committee will develop recommended school bus rules and guidelines/policy for discipline/disciplinary actions for students. This committee will make these recommendations to the Director of Transportation and/or the Superintendent or his designee.
