Heat Rate Test definition

Heat Rate Test means a test conducted in accordance with the procedures developed pursuant to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit D-3.
Heat Rate Test has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1(d).
Heat Rate Test means a test conducted in accordance with Exhibit C (Performance Test Guidelines) to determine the Heat Rate.
