Hedge Rate definition

Hedge Rate means, on any date of determination, the weighted average fixed rate or strike rate under the Hedging Agreements on such date, based on the notional amounts of such Hedging Agreements.
Hedge Rate means, for any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Weighted Average Swap Rate, (ii) 2.0%, (iii) the Funded Fee Percentage, and (iv) the Servicing Fee Rate.

Hedge Rate. For any Contract to which a Purchase relates, the "Fixed Rate" of the Hedge Transaction to be used in computing the Sale Discount Rate of that Contract.
Hedge Rate means, with respect to any Hedge Agreement and the Series 2000-A Contracts assigned thereto, (a) if such Hedge Agreement is a Cap Agreement, the fixed rate per annum which the Base LIBO Rate must exceed to result in payments made thereunder by the Hedge Counterparty to the Series 2000-A Facility Account, and (b) if such Hedge Agreement is an interest rate swap agreement, the fixed rate per annum which is applied to the notional amount of such Hedge Agreement to calculate the payments to be made by the Trustee thereunder to the Hedge Counterparty.
Hedge Rate means a rate of interest per annum (including any reserve or ---------- cost adjustments) equal to nine percent (9%).
