Hedge Receipt definition

Hedge Receipt means, if and to the extent designated as such pursuant to the Supplemental Resolution authorizing the related Qualified Hedge, the net amount required to be paid to the Agency under a Qualified Hedge.
Hedge Receipt means with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate amount, if any, paid on the Payment Date to the Trustee under the terms of the Hedge Agreement then in effect including payments for termination or sale of all or a portion of the Hedge Agreement.
Hedge Receipt means a net payment to be made by a Hedge Provider into the Collection Account under a Hedge Agreement and includes any termination payment received from any counterparty to a Hedge Agreement.

More Definitions of Hedge Receipt

Hedge Receipt means the net amount required to be paid to the Corporation under a Qualified Hedge, but shall not include any Termination Receipt.
Hedge Receipt means, for any Distribution Date, the amount payable by the Hedge Counterparty to the Borrower on such Distribution Date under an Interest Rate Hedging Agreement, other than any amounts payable by the Hedge Counterparty under any applicable early termination under such Interest Rate Hedging Agreement. “Highest Lawful Rate” means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or, from time to time, may be contracted for, charged, or received under any Applicable Law currently in effect (including for greater certainty, section 347 of the Criminal Code (Canada)).

  • Forward Hedge Price means, for any Forward Contract, the product of (x) an amount equal to one (1) minus the Forward Hedge Selling Commission Rate for such Forward Contract; and (y) the Volume-Weighted Hedge Price.
