Hedging Procedures definition

Hedging Procedures means the hedging procedures applicable to the Issuer and the Portfolio, as specified in Schedule 6 to the Collateral Management Agreement.
Hedging Procedures means procedures agreed by the Portfolio Manager (on behalf of the Issuer) in relation to Sterling denominated Collateral Debt Obligations as approved by the Rating Agencies.

Hedging Procedures means the hedging procedures applicable to the Issuer and the Portfolio and signed for the purposes of identification by the Issuer, the Investment Manager and the Collateral Administrator on or about the Issue Date.
