HELCO Indenture definition

HELCO Indenture means the Junior Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1998, by and among HELCO, the Company, as guarantor, and The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation, as trustee thereunder, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, including the provisions of the TIA that are deemed to be a part thereof.
