Hellenic Republic definition

Hellenic Republic means the territory of the Hellenic Republic, including territorial sea and national airspace, as well as maritime areas, over which the Hellenic Republic exercises or shall exercise sovereignty, sovereign rights or jurisdiction, in accordance with international law;
