HEP definition

HEP is defined in the introduction to this Agreement.

The purpose of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s (“Authority”) Housing Education Program (HEP) is to facilitate education for clients seeking to purchase or retain a home.
Reimbursement for services will be based on a HEP Time and Activity Report (TAR), a sample is attached and incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit B, for each staff person.
