Heritage Employees definition

Heritage Employees means every Heritage Access Person and every permanent employee of Heritage, including employees who serve as Fund officers, trustees or directors working in any HAM or HFD business unit (including sales staff or other personnel performing duties for HAM, even if employed by another entity such as Raymond James & Associates, Inc.).

It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
