If this Contract is an employment contract, a professional services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, or a consulting services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with Section 2252.901 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor represents and warrants that neither Contractor nor any of under the Contract, were former employees of an HHS Agency during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of the execution of the Contract.
At the option of each HHS Agency and in accordance with the procedure set forth in the SOW and Master Lease Agreement, Contractor and each HHS Agency will enter into Lease Schedules for the lease of certain computer equipment, which will be more specifically described in the Lease Schedules.
The Lease Schedules executed by Contractor and each HHS Agency under the Master Lease Agreements in the form attached as Exhibit G ("Lease Schedules").
The information provided by UEC and CMC to the Qualified Persons (as defined in NI 43-101 as it was in effect on the date of the filing of the applicable Technical Report) in connection with the preparation of each respective Technical Report was complete and accurate at the time such information was furnished.

Key personnel with misdemeanor offenses must receive prior approval by the HHS Agency before being allowed to work under this contract.
To fulfill the required services, as applicable, the Contractor may perform the services on a holiday observed by HHS at NO additional expense to the HHS Agency.
