Highly toxic pesticide definition

Highly toxic pesticide means any pesticide determined to be a highly toxic pesticide under the authority of Section 25(c)(2) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. § 136w(c)(2), or by the State Plant Board under § 2-16-406(a)(2);
