Hines Capital Requirement. As defined in Section 3.11 “Hines Controlled Entity”: Any partnership, limited liability company, corporation, trust or other entity which is, directly or indirectly, Controlled by (a) Hines, (b) HREH and/or (c) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and/or Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx or, in the event of the death or disability of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and/or Xxxxxx X.   • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Governmental Requirement means any law, statute, code, ordinance, order, determination, rule, regulation, judgment, decree, injunction, franchise, permit, certificate, license, rules of common law, authorization or other directive or requirement, whether now or hereinafter in effect, of any Governmental Authority.
