Hiree. “Hire Date”, “Start Time”, “End Time”, “Collection Location”, “Return Location” and “Hire Rate” have the meaning given to them in the Schedule;

Examples of Hiree in a sentence

  • The Hiree must comply with all Acts of Parliament, Council Orders, Statutory Instruments, restrictions, stipulations and conditions affecting the use of the Equipment.

  • The Hiree is responsible for the loading and unloading of the store hired.

Related to Hiree

  • Hirer s Group” means (a) any individual, company, partnership, statutory body or other entity which from time to time Controls the Hirer, including (but not limited to) as a holding company as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; and (b) any company, partnership, statutory body or other entity which from time to time is Controlled by or is under common Control with the Hirer, including (but not limited to) as a subsidiary or holding company as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006;

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Insurance Consultant or "consultant" means a person who:

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.
