Hiring Period definition

Hiring Period means the period or periods specified on the booking form;
Hiring Period means the period as specified in Part A of the Agreement commencing on the licence commencement date and ending on the licence expiration date. If Glasshouse Management permits the Hirer to have access to the venue prior to the licence commencement date the Hiring Period will commence from when approved access commences;

Examples of Hiring Period in a sentence

  • Hirer must advise BCEC Management of its audio visual requirements for the Event (if any) not less than 14 days before the start of the Hiring Period.

  • Hirer must vacate the Event Facilities and the Centre, and remove any thing brought into the Centre by Hirer or any of its representatives, before the Hiring Period ends.

  • Estimated Costs are payable at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of the Hiring Period.

  • Hirer must comply with and perform its obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act as an employer, person in control of a workplace or otherwise in respect of the Event and the Event Facilities for the Hiring Period.

  • If Xxxxx cancels all or part of the Event or notifies BCEC Management that it no longer requires all or part of the Event Facilities within 3 days before the start of the Hiring Period, then Xxxxx must also pay to BCEC Management as liquidated damages an amount equal to the Estimated Costs (calculated in accordance with clause 4.1) in respect of that part of the Event or Event Facilities cancelled or no longer required.
