HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard definition

HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard means one of the security policy standards contained within the HMG Security Policy Framework, relating to the pre-employment screening of government staff and contractors, describing good practice in recruitment checks to address problems of identity fraud, illegal working and deception generally.
HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard Staff Vetting Procedures, issued by the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division and Corporate Development Group set out at Schedule 16.

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.
