HNW Investor definition

HNW Investor means each Investor in a Borrower that is a domestic or international individual investor (including a natural person, family office or family trust) or an entity owned or controlled or established by a domestic or international individual investor (including a natural person, family office or family trust).

Examples of HNW Investor in a sentence

  • In connection with such process, a HNW Investor may be required to fund the necessary amount to its brokerage account at Alliance Xxxxxxxxx via a series of wires (including by initially funding to an aggregating deposit account in the name of Alliance Xxxxxxxxx for such purpose).

  • Investor is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
