HoldCo Notes Indenture Trustee definition

HoldCo Notes Indenture Trustee means Delaware Trust Company, as successor trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity either as indenture trustee under the 5.750% Senior Notes Indenture and the 6.125% Senior Notes Indenture.
HoldCo Notes Indenture Trustee means collectively, the 5.75% Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and the 6.125% Senior Notes Indenture Trustee.
