holdover time definition

holdover time means the estimated time de-icing or anti-icing fluid will prevent the formation of frost or ice and the accumulation of snow on the protected surfaces of an aircraft; holdover time begins when the final application of de-icing or anti-icing fluid commences and expires when the de-icing or anti-icing fluid applied to the aircraft loses its effectiveness;
holdover time means the estimated time the anti-icing fluid (treatment) will prevent the formation of ice and frost and the accumulation of snow on the protected (treated) surfaces of an aeroplane;

Related to holdover time

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • Severance Term means the eighteen (18) month period following Executive’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.

  • Separation Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
