Home Child Care Agency definition

Home Child Care Agency means an entity that is licensed as a home child care agency under the Act, and “Home Child Care Agencies” means more than one of them.
Home Child Care Agency means a licensed agency for home child care with authority to contract self-employed home child care providers to provide home child care.
Home Child Care Agency means a person that is licensed as a home child care agency under this Act; (“agence de services de garde en milieu familial”)
