Child care providers means child care facilities
Child care providers means licensed individuals or businesses that provide less than twenty-four (24) hour care and are licensed or qualified providers including child care centers, preschools, and child care homes. Qualified providers include care provided in the child's own home, in the home of a relative, or in the home of a non-relative.
Child care providers means child care facilities licensed pursuant to title 36, chapter 7.1, article 1, child care group homes certified pursuant to title 36, chapter 7.1, article 4, child care home providers, in-home providers, noncertified relative providers and regulated child care on military installations or for federally recognized Indian tribes.
