Hortonworks Products definition

Hortonworks Products means software products made available under open source licenses and described at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/products (whether available as originally branded, CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY or as may be rebranded by Cloudera such that, by way of example, “Hortonworks Data Flow” or “HDF” is renamed “Cloudera Data Flow” or “CDF”). Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, Hortonworks Products are procured by, and licensed to, Ordering Activity separately from the Agreement under applicable open source license terms.
Hortonworks Products means the Hortonworks versions of the open source software solutions managed by the Apache Software Foundation, licensed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0.
Hortonworks Products means those open source software products for which Hortonworks makes Support and Services offerings generally available as described at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/products/.

Examples of Hortonworks Products in a sentence

  • Customer may, in its sole discretion, provide Hortonworks with suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other feedback related to Services or Support provided hereunder or the Hortonworks Products (“Feedback”).

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
