Hortonworks Products definition

Hortonworks Products means the Hortonworks versions of the open source software solutions managed by the Apache Software Foundation, licensed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Hortonworks Products means software products made available under open source licenses and described at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/products (whether available as originally branded, or as may be rebranded by Cloudera such that, by way of example, “Hortonworks Data Flow” or “HDF” is renamed “Cloudera Data Flow” or “CDF”). Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, Hortonworks Products are procured by, and licensed to, Ordering Activity separately from the Agreement under applicable open source license terms.

Examples of Hortonworks Products in a sentence

  • Customer may, in its sole discretion, provide Hortonworks with suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other feedback related to Services or Support provided hereunder or the Hortonworks Products (“Feedback”).

  • Any General Enhancements to the Hortonworks Products, if and when made generally available, will be licensed under the applicable open source license terms for Hortonworks Products.

  • To the extent that any Hortonworks Retained Property is included in a deliverable provided to Ordering Activity as part of any Support or Services, Hortonworks hereby grants to Ordering Activity a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right and license to internally use, execute, reproduce, display, and perform such Hortonworks Retained Property solely for use with the Hortonworks Products and related Services and Support.

  • The above license to Hortonworks Retained Property expressly excludes the Hortonworks Products (including General Enhancements thereto) and any other open source software included in Services deliverables or provided to Ordering Activity as part of Support.

  • CGSI will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Hortonworks Support with respect to the Hortonworks Products during the Subscription Period.

  • The above license to Hortonworks Retained Property expressly excludes the Hortonworks Products (including General Enhancements thereto) and any other open source software included in Services deliverables or provided to Customer as part of Support.

  • Any General Enhancements to the Hortonworks Products, if and when available, will be licensed to Ordering Activity under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in this Agreement conveys any right, title, or interest in or to the Hortonworks Retained Property to Ordering Activity or any other third party.

  • Hortonworks Products may be provided with Dependent and Optional components as described in applicable Documentation.

  • Maintenance updates and bug fixes will be made to the latest Minor Release only, while security vulnerability resolutions will be made available in all supported Minor Releases.● Technical Guidance – Twelve (12) months following the end of Full Support for Hortonworks Products (does not apply to Supported Third Party Products)The Technical Guidance phase supports customers running product releases that have gone beyond the Full Support phase of the lifecycle.

  • Hortonworks has no obligation, whether for Hortonworks Products or for Supported Third Party Products, to deliver enhancements based on any ER.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
