Hospice residence definition

Hospice residence means a facility that meets all of the following:
Hospice residence means a hospice residence as defined by section 21401(1)(b) of the code.
Hospice residence means that term as defined in section 21401(1)(b) of the code, MCL 333.21401(1)(b).
