Hospital Contracts definition

Hospital Contracts means the contractual relationships between (i) the Company and certain hospitals or other inpatient facilities, (ii) the subsidiaries of the Company and certain hospitals or other inpatient facilities, and (iii) the Affiliated Entities and certain hospitals or other inpatient facilities, and “Management Contracts” means the contractual relationships between (i) the Company and the Affiliated Entities and (ii) the subsidiaries of the Company and the Affiliated Entities.

Hospital Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13.

Hospital Contracts means a contract between a contractor and hospital provider.
