Hospital Laboratory definition

Hospital Laboratory means a laboratory providing professional technical laboratory services as outlined under laboratory services in a hospital setting as either an inpatient or outpatient hospital service whose costs are reported on the hospital’s cost report to Medicare and to the Division.
