Hosted Programs definition

Hosted Programs means the computer software programs owned or licensed by AdvancedMD in object code form, and that Client has subscribed to as set forth in an Order Form(s) or an Addendum; provided, however, that the term “Hosted Programs” does not include any Third Party Service.
Hosted Programs means the computer software known as “TotalMD” in object code form owned or provided by Company for which Client has subscription rights granted pursuant to the Agreement, updates and upgrades to the Hosted Programs, and online documentation.
Hosted Programs means the computer software known as “DentiMax” in object code form owned or provided by Company for which Client has subscription rights granted pursuant to the Agreement, updates and upgrades to the Hosted Programs, and online documentation.

Examples of Hosted Programs in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Agreement, access to the Hosted Programs and all Services shall be terminated.

  • Client shall be entitled to use the Hosted Programs as follows: (i) to assign access rights to the Hosted Programs on the Host Server solely for Client’s own internal business operations; and (ii) to use the Documentation provided with the Hosted Programs (online or otherwise) in support of Client’s authorized use of the Hosted Programs.

  • The public utility cases are simply a replication of the results presented in Section 3.3.   • Company will deem any communication, data transfer, or use of the Hosted Programs received under Client’s account names and passwords to be for Client’s benefit and use.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between Client and End User, or as required by mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations, Client shall retain ownership of all data stored or retrieved in connection with use of the Hosted Programs, which data shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions set in this Agreement.

  • If the Hosted Programs and accompanying documentation are used under the terms of a DoD or civilian agency contract, use, reproduction and disclosure of such software and documentation by the Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in the Agreement in accordance with 48 C.F.R. 227.7202 or 48 C.F.R. 12.212, respectively.

  • End User agrees not to download the Hosted Programs or cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly or decompilation of the Hosted Programs.

  • Company retains all title, copyright, and other proprietary rights in the Hosted Programs.


More Definitions of Hosted Programs

Hosted Programs means the computer software in object code form owned or provided by Curve for which Client has Subscription Rights Granted pursuant to the Agreement, updates and upgrades to the Hosted Programs, and online documentation.
Hosted Programs has the meaning given to such terms in the Terms of Service.

Related to Hosted Programs

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Computer program means a set of instructions, rules, or routines recorded in a form that is capable of causing a computer to perform a specific operation or series of operations.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
