Hosted Solution Support definition

Hosted Solution Support means Technical Support Services, Error Correction Services and the services described in Section 6.3 of this Attachment A.
Hosted Solution Support means the services described in Section 6.1 – 6.2 of this Attachment A.
Hosted Solution Support means the services described under Sections 2.1 – 2.3 of this Addendum.

  • In requesting Hosted Solution Support, Customer will report in accordance with Service Provider’s then-applicable reporting policies.

  • Fuji Xerox warrants that the Hosted Solution Support services shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and substantially according to industry standards.

  • If, after such timely notice from Customer, the Hosted Solution Support services in question are determined not to conform to this limited warranty, Fuji Xerox’s sole obligation, and Customer’s sole remedy, shall be for Fuji Xerox to use commercially reasonable efforts to re-perform the nonconforming Hosted Solution Support services in an attempt to correct the nonconformity.

Related to Hosted Solution Support

  • Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).

  • Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.

  • Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.

  • Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Friction surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to abrasion or friction, including, but not limited to, certain window, floor, and stair surfaces.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
