Hotel Group means any Person or group of Persons whose primary business is to directly or indirectly operate, manage, or franchise Hotels.

Related to Hotel Group

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Portfolio Company means the issuer or obligor under any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
