Initial Hotels definition

Initial Hotels. Initial Hotels" shall mean those properties listed on Exhibit C hereto.

Initial Hotels means the following hotels: (1) Comfort Inn - Xxxxxxxx, Virginia, (2) Comfort Inn - Dublin, Virginia, (3) Comfort Inn - Elizabethton, Tennessee, (4) Comfort Inn - Farmville, Virginia, (5) Comfort Inn - Morgantown, West Virginia, (6) Comfort Inn - Princeton, West Virginia, (7) Comfort Inn - Beacon Marina, Solomons, Maryland and (8) Rodeway Inn - Wytheville, Virginia.

Initial Hotels means the full-service hotels operated primarily -------------- under the Marriott, Xxxx-Xxxxxxx, Four Seasons, Swissotel and Hyatt brand names in which Host will initially have controlling interests or own outright following the REIT Conversion, as set forth on Schedule A hereto. ----------

• The Initial Hotels Lease Guarantees also contain indemnities in respect of all guaranteed liabilities.

• If no one is available to work the full shift, a Maintenance Operator will be assigned the duties to operate for the 8-hour day shift.

• The RHIHL Lessee and the Hotel Manager are both members of the RHIHL Connected Persons Group.Each Initial Hotel – Property Company is also a party to the Initial Hotels Management Agreement on terms including that, upon the expiry or termination of any Initial Hotels Lease Agreement, the Hotel Manager will continue to manage the relevant Initial Hotel in accordance with the Initial Hotels Management Agreement.

Initial Hotels shall have the meaning as set forth in Recital A.

Initial Hotels means the Hampton Inn-Denver (S.W.), the Hampton Inn-Pueblo, Colorado, the Hampton Inn-Mesa, Arizona, the Hampton Inn, Silverthorne, Colorado, the Hampton Inn, Arcadia, California, the Best Western, Santa Fe, New Mexico, the Holiday Inn-Craix, Xxlorado, the Holiday Inn-Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Holiday Inn-Provo, Utah, and the Courtyard by Marriott-Fresno, California, and any other hotel contributed by an Additional Limited Partner prior to the date of this Agreement.

Initial Hotels means the Real Estate consisting of 37 Courtyard by -------------- Marriott(R) hotels listed in Schedule 1.1 hereto.

Initial Hotels means the following hotels: (1) Hampxxx Xxx - Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 0005 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000; (0) Hampton Inn - Naples, Florida, 3210 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000; (0) Hampton Inn - Willow Grove (Philadelphia), Pennsylvania, 1500 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00000; (0) Hampton Inn - Islandia (Long Island), New York, 1600 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000; (0) Residence Inn - Binghamton, New York, 4610 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Vestxx, Xxw York 13850; (6) Hampton Inn - Albany/Lathxx, Xxw York, 981 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx

Initial Hotels means collectively, the existing (i) 395-room hotel located College Park, Clayton County, Georgia, (ii) 277-room hotel located in Atlanta, Cobb Xxxnty, (iii) 297-room hotel located in Rosemont, Cook Xxxnty, Illinois, (iv) 342-room hotel located in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona and (v) 545-room hotel located in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, together, in each case, with all land, improvements and personal property related thereto.

Initial Hotels mean those Hotels owned by the Partnership and pledged to secure the Loans, as generally described in Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
