Hotel Land definition

Hotel Land has the meaning provided in the Lease.

Hotel Land shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a)(i).

Hotel Land has the meaning specified in Section 10.5.1.

Infrastructure means all rhizopods, tanks, pipes, fittings soakage trenches and other associated plant and equipment constructed, installed or brought onto the Licensed Area by the Licensees for the purposes of the Permitted Use and where the context admits, includes the Other Works (if applicable) and any pipes or associated equipment laid or installed in a public road for the purpose of conveying wastewater to from the Hotel Land to the Licensed Area. Infrastructure Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications attached as Schedule 3. Initial Term means the initial term of this Licence commencing on the Commencement Date and for the period described in Item 3. Institute means the South Australian Division of the Australian Property Institute.

Hotel Land means that land that will be allocated for the development of Hotel within the Plot of Land demarcated in the Site Plan.
