Hotel Project Costs definition

Hotel Project Costs means such Project Costs as relate to the Hotel Project.
Hotel Project Costs means all costs and expenses related to the design, development, construction and furnishing of the Minimum Improvements, including without limitation, soft costs such as fees and costs of architectural, engineering, consulting and other professionals, fees, permit fees and costs, financing fees and closing costs.

Related to Hotel Project Costs

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.
