Housing Moves definition

Housing Moves means the scheme operated by the GLA to facilitate the mobility within London of existing tenants of London Boroughs or Registered Providers or such other scheme as the GLA shall designate from time to time; Housing Start means the occurrence of all of the following in relation to a dwelling:
Housing Moves a scheme designed to facilitate cross-borough housing mobility for social rented tenants who wish to move around London

Examples of Housing Moves in a sentence

  • For RPs who choose to participate in the Housing Moves scheme their lettings will not be included as part of the specified nominations percentage as outlined in clause 3.3. Any contribution they make to the scheme will be treated as an additional contribution.

  • If you need to move to another part of London, for example for work or to take care of a relative, you may be able to access housing through the Housing Moves scheme.
