Examples of HRSN Services in a sentence

  • HRSN Services are provided to Members who belong to an HRSN Covered Population and for whom such services are Clinically Appropriate as a component of health services treatment or prevention.

  • As set forth in OAR 410-120-2005, HRSN O&E Services mean the activities performed by HRSN Service Providers or Contractor for the purpose of identifying Members who may be eligible for one or more HRSN Services and supporting their connection to other needed services or benefits.

  • Accordingly, Contractor shall promptly update its HRSN P&Ps each time there is a material change to the HRSN Services program as reflected in HRSN related OARs or Contract terms.

  • Contractor shall ensure multiple pathways for Members to be identified as potentially eligible for HRSN Services.

  • Contractor shall accept and document all requests for HRSN Services (“HRSN Request(s)”) received through the pathways identified in Para.

  • HRSN Services are comprised of , Housing-Related Supports, Climate-Related Supports, and HRSN Outreach and Engagement Services.

Related to HRSN Services

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
