HSR Requirements definition

HSR Requirements means compliance with the filing and other requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the "HSR Act").
HSR Requirements has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4.

  • However, if Holder is subject to HSR Requirements, this Warrant shall be deemed to have been exercised on the date immediately following the date of the expiration or termination of all HSR Requirements.
