HUD Loan DocumentsThe Loan Documents evidencing a HUD Loan on the Premises.
HUD Loan Documents means, with respect to any HUD Loan, any and all promissory notes, deeds of trust, mortgages, regulatory agreements and any and all other documents required by FHA Lender and/or HUD as identified on Schedule 2 attached hereto in connection with such HUD Loan, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
HUD Loan Documents means all promissory notes, deeds of trust, mortgages, regulatory agreements and regulatory agreements – nursing homes, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of HUD Loan Documents in a sentence

  • The rights of the Lender under this Guaranty shall be in addition to and not in limitation of all of the rights and remedies of the Lender under the other HUD Loan Documents.

  • This Guaranty will terminate (“Termination”) upon the full performance, payment and satisfaction of all of the Guaranteed Obligations and the termination of all HUD Loan Documents or upon the death of the Guarantor, if such Guarantor is an individual.

  • The obligations of Guarantor under this Guaranty are independent of the obligations of the HUD Loan Documents.

  • No delay on the part of the Lender in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder or under any of the HUD Loan Documents and/or this Guaranty shall operate as a waiver of any such privilege, power or right.

  • Guarantor represents, warrants and covenants to the Lender for the express purpose of inducing the Lender to make the Loans, to accept this Guaranty, and to otherwise complete the transactions contemplated by the HUD Loan Documents as to Guarantor and each Borrower that, as of the date of this Guaranty and at all times thereafter until the obligations of the HUD Loan Documents are repaid in their entirety and all Guaranteed Obligations to the Lender have been satisfied in full: Organization.

  • The following provisions are included, which provisions may automatically terminate when the loan no longer is insured or held by HUD: If any of the provisions of the organizational documents conflict with the terms of the HUD-insured Note, mortgage, deed of trust, security deed, security agreement, or HUD Regulatory Agreement ("HUD Loan Documents"), the provisions of the HUD Loan Documents shall control.

  • Tenant agrees that it will not take any action which would violate any applicable HUD Program Requirements or any of the HUD Loan Documents.

  • Tenant agrees to procure and maintain, or cause to be procured and maintained, the insurance coverage required pursuant to the HUD Loan Documents and/or applicable HUD Requirements, including HUD Notices H 04-01 and H 04-15.

  • Each of the parties hereto agrees not to assign their rights to the AR Loan and/or the HUD Loan Documents to Operator or any affiliate of Operator.

HUD Loan Documents means the Contract for Loan Guarantee Assistance Under Section 108 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 5308 with HUD, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program Variable/Fixed Rate Note, all between City and HUD, dated .
HUD Loan Documents means, collectively, the promissory notes, the mortgages, the regulatory agreements and other security documents related to the HUD Properties to which either HUD or a state housing finance agency is a party.
HUD Loan Documents means (i) the Regulatory Agreement (as defined below),
HUD Loan Documents means (i) the Healthcare Regulatory Agreement - Operator, (ii) the Operator Security Agreement executed by Calson Care Oakland, LLC in connection with the HUD Loan and (iii) the Assignment of Rents and Leases executed by Calson Care Oakland, LLC in connection with the HUD Loan.
HUD Loan Documents means all instruments, documents, and agreements between Sellers, or any one or more of them, and HUD.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • Senior Credit Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
