HUD Loan Documents definition

HUD Loan Documents. The Loan Documents evidencing a HUD Loan on the Premises.
HUD Loan Documents means, with respect to the HUD Loan, any and all promissory notes, deeds of trust, mortgages, regulatory agreements, security agreements and any and all other documents required by FHA Lender and/or HUD as identified on Schedule 2 attached hereto in connection with such HUD Loan, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, provided that this Agreement shall not be considered a HUD Loan Document for purposes of this Agreement.
HUD Loan Documents means all promissory notes, deeds of trust, mortgages, regulatory agreements and regulatory agreements – nursing homes, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

HUD Loan Documents means (i) the Healthcare Regulatory Agreement - Operator, (ii) the Operator Security Agreement executed by Calson Care Oakland, LLC in connection with the HUD Loan and (iii) the Assignment of Rents and Leases executed by Calson Care Oakland, LLC in connection with the HUD Loan.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.
