Human Bodily Material definition

Human Bodily Material means human bodily material as defined under the law of 19 December 2008 regarding the procurement and use of human bodily material destined for human medical applications or for scientific research purposes;
Human Bodily Material means all biological bodily material, including human tissues and cells, gametes, embryos, foetuses as well as substances that are extracted from them, to whatever degree they are processed, with the exception of substances of non-human origin.

Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.
