Hydroelectric Sales Agreement definition

Hydroelectric Sales Agreement means an agreement between GBRA and a public or private entity for the sale to such entity by GBRA of electricity generated by the Hydro Facilities on commercially reasonable terms acceptable to GBRA and the WCID.
