Hypothetical Investment Options definition

Hypothetical Investment Options means those options listed in Appendix A of this Plan. Said options are at the sole discretion of and subject to amendment or termination by the Committee.
Hypothetical Investment Options means those investment options listed in Appendix A of this Plan. Said options will be determined from time to time by the officers of Agilent and shall be similar, to the extent practicable, as determined solely in the discretion of Agilent, to the investment options offered under the Agilent Technologies, Inc. 401(k) Plan (the “401(k) Plan”), other than any investment option in Agilent common stock that may be offered under the 401(k) Plan.

  • The procedure for electing to change a Hypothetical Investment Option(s) will be established by the Plan Administrator.

More Definitions of Hypothetical Investment Options

Hypothetical Investment Options means those investment options listed in Appendix A of this Plan. Said options will be determined from time to time by the officers of Keysight and shall be similar, to the extent practicable, as determined solely in the discretion of Keysight, to the investment options offered under the Keysight Technologies, Inc. 401(k) Plan (the “401(k) Plan”), other than any investment option in Keysight common stock that may be offered under the 401(k) Plan.

Related to Hypothetical Investment Options

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Hypothetical Investor means a hypothetical or actual investor (as determined by the Calculation Agent in the context of the relevant situation) in Fund Interests which is deemed to have the benefits and obligations, as provided in the relevant Fund Documents, of an investor holding Fund Interests at the relevant time. The Hypothetical Investor may be deemed by the Calculation Agent to be resident or organised in any jurisdiction, and to be, without limitation, the Issuer, the Calculation Agent or any of their affiliates (as determined by the Calculation Agent in the context of the relevant situation).

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Company Contributions means the contributions made by the Company pursuant to Section 3.3.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.10(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee's account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of "elective contributions" made on his behalf or "employee contributions" made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Employer Stock means any class of common stock of Quest Diagnostics or the preferred stock of Quest Diagnostics that is convertible into common stock.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • Investment Election means an election, made in such form as the Administrative Committee may direct, pursuant to which a Participant may elect the Investment Funds in which the amounts credited to his Account will be deemed to be invested.

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).

  • Phantom Shares means an Award of the right to receive Shares issued at the end of a Restricted Period which is granted pursuant to Section 6(e) of the Plan.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Vested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.
