IBM Agreement definition

IBM Agreement means that certain Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Custom Semiconductor Products Under a Capacity Reservation by and between International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) and the Borrower dated August as of September 2, 2003, as amended, renewed, or otherwise extended, together with the exhibits and supplements thereto.

IBM Agreement means that certain Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Accounts Receivable dated as of December 4, 2017, by and between Borrower and IBM Credit LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
