Capacity Reservation definition

Capacity Reservation means the level of demand the Customer contracts for on a monthly basis from the Company and shall be that amount up to or equal to the amount of Customer-owned generation or capacity from another electric source.
Capacity Reservation means a third party's commitment, option or other agreement under which the Partnership receives consideration in exchange for the reservation of future regasification capacity of the Project.
Capacity Reservation shall have the meaning described in Section 5.1 and Appendix B.

  • RCRRs into RCRR TCCs.RCRRs may be converted only into whole RCRR TCCs. If the Capacity Reservation Cap multiplied by the number of RCRR does not yield a whole number, then the number of RCRR TCCs that a Member System shall have a right to convert from RCRRs will be reduced to the nearest integer and the number of RCRRs that a Member System shall not have a right to convert to RCRR TCCs will be increased to the nearest integer.

  • The Toll Charge and the Capacity Reservation Charge are fixed charges and are payable monthly during the Term of Transportation Agreement by the User whether or not the User delivers or receives Gas under the Transportation Agreement, except in circumstances explicitly provided for under the Terms and Conditions.

More Definitions of Capacity Reservation

Capacity Reservation means a percentage equal to the result of the division of (x) the Firm Capacity Reservation of the Company or of Shell as initially set forth on Schedules 3.4(a) and (b) as modified by funded expansion of capacity, if any, by (y) the Firm Capacity Reservation of both the Company and Shell as so set forth or modified.
Capacity Reservation means the effluent capacity reserved by the Cities for annual delivery through the Pipeline Project to TRI Center, in the amount of 4,000 acre feet annually, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Return Flow Management Agreement.
