Examples of IC Products in a sentence

  • Board Products are marketing or business development tools that facilitate the sale of MaxLinear’s IC Products.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Program Schedule or the Master License, but subject to the following sentence, Licensee shall have the right to Tape Out up to *** (***) IC Products that include any of PCIe, Display Port or MIPI products (collectively, the “AMD Products”) that Virage Logic has licensed from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

  • If you elect to discontinue your Use of IC Products or Services within this period, you will be issued a full refund for the amount of your license renewal.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, following expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term (as such terms are defined in Program Schedule No. 001 to this Agreement), as applicable, prior written consent of Virage Logic shall not be required in connection with any sublicense under this Section 2.1(d)(ii) to manufacture or have manufactured IC Products Taped Out prior to such expiration.

  • If your license to Use IC Products or Services expires, is terminated, is not renewed, or is otherwise discontinued for any reason, IC and the IC Affiliates may, without notice, delete or deny you access to any of your Backup Data that may remain in our possession or control.

  • Unless ArcSoft gives written notice to Xxxxx within such period, the MaestroLink IC Products will be deemed to be accepted.

  • With respect to defects or deficiencies in the IC Products or Services, the liability of IC and IC Affiliates will be limited to performance of its responsibilities under Section 16 (Warranties) above.

  • By the end of March 2022, the orders (including acknowledged and unacknowledged) received from CEACI for the delivery of IC Products by mid- 2022 have already amounted to approximately US$52 million representing approximately 65% of the Existing Annual Cap for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products
