ICBC Group definition

ICBC Group means the related or associate corporations of the Bank including but not limited to the Bank’s subsidiaries, affiliates, representative and branch offices in any jurisdiction;
ICBC Group means ICBC and its related corporations (as the term is defined in the Companies Act (Chapter 50) of Singapore);
