ID5 Privacy Notice definition

ID5 Privacy Notice means ID5’s platform privacy policy, which discloses, and throughout the term of this Agreement shall disclose, ID5’s practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of Usage Data (which policy (i) may change from time to time and (ii) is currently available at xxxxx://xx0.xx/platform-privacy-policy).

Related to ID5 Privacy Notice

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Company Parties by their customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to a Company Party by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
